01 — The challenge
What matters to a family lives lost in chats.
The car insurance policy, mom’s ID, the photos from grandma’s birthday: everything goes through WhatsApp and is almost never found again when it’s needed.
Ayllu (family community, in Quechua) turns those chats into an organized archive the whole family shares.
02 — How we approached it
Capture where you already are, find by asking.
Nobody is going to learn a new app to store paperwork. That is why the input is WhatsApp and search is a question in plain Spanish.
WhatsApp as the input
Forward or import a chat and Ayllu separates documents, photos, lists and contacts.
Natural-language search
"Where is the car insurance policy?" finds the PDF even if you never named it that way.
Reminders that matter
It spots expiry dates such as the SOAT car insurance or a policy and gives the right person notice in time.
